Today marks the beginning of (at least) one month without any of the following: sugar, dairy, soy, artificial sweeteners, and most happily – alcohol. I had enough booze in South Beach this past weekend to last several months. College friends are bad for one’s health.
Hopefully this month will last even longer – I’d love to make it all the way to mid-March when a good friend (and newly minted taker-of-the-pledge) gets married.
